60 Minutes - Suitable for all levels. - A stronger, faster-paced yoga flow, designed to build heat, flexibility and strength. This practice is a total body workout and may incorporate deeper backbends, hip opening, twists, and forward folds.  The teacher will encourage rest periods and other modifications as needed.

60 Minutes - Suitable for all levels- A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.

Unlimited classes / MONTHLY AUTO RENEW:  $125/MONTH *

2 classes a week / MONTHLY AUTO RENEW:  $95/MONTH **

20 class packages:   $260 (equates to $13/ class)

10 class packages:   $150 (equates to $15/class)

SINGLE CLASS:  $18

* Monthly Auto Renew: $125 per month / Unlimited classes (equates to $7.22 per class). Must be an annual contract, with an early exit fee of $150.

* * Monthly Auto Renew: $95 per month / 2 classes per week (equates to $11.88 per class). Must be an annual contract, with an early exit fee of $150.

* Class packages expire after 6 months. You may reclaim expired classes by purchasing a single class. For example, if I have 5 classes that expired after 6 months. I can buy a single class and then get a 3-6 month extension on my expired classes.

Meghan

Meghan grew up in Texas where she worked in the medical field specializing in Holistic Medicine. Born with a love of helping others and leading a conscious lifestyle she was drawn to yoga. Interested in the mind, body, and soul connection she began her practice regularly in 2010 and completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2014, and an additional 325-hour training in 2018.   

Meghan’s light hearted, and positive personality brings fun loving energy to her classes.  Dedicated to help people on their path to holistic health she wants to share her love for yoga and peace with the world.  Meghan also enjoys the beach, biking, hiking, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cristina

Cristina’s yoga journey started in 2008 in her hometown of Huntington Beach.  A doctor suggested she try yoga as a means to overcome physical imbalances caused by years of long distance running. The physical benefits of the practice brought Cristina to yoga but the mental and spiritual healing is what has sustained her dedication all these years. Her passion for yoga evolved into devotion while living in San Francisco for seven years. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in October of 2016 on the southern pacific coast of Nicaragua. Upon returning to Huntington Beach she has been blessed to continue to refine her skills. Cristina is grateful and humbled every time she has an opportunity to share this healing practice with others.

Callie

A SoCal native, Callie has an easy going, vibrant and playful spirit. She made her passion of Yoga and Wellness, her “job” after many years in the corporate world. Callie teaches yoga for recovery and trauma at two local hospitals in addition to being an ordained minister, a Reiki Master, a health coach, a wife, a mom, and most recently a grandmother! She and her husband Keith, along with their toy poodle, Cleo, live in Huntington Beach where they love to entertain and host health and wellness events.
